For new parents wanting comfort, recovery, and reassurance during those early weeks with baby. You rest—Steph will take care of the rest.

It includes:

  • Access to Steph’s full digital resource bundle (birth prep, newborn care, hospital bag, newborn checklist, local services).
  • 6 weeks of postpartum phone support (available anytime for reassurance or a listening ear).

3 x 2–3 hour in-home visits over the first 6 weeks, including:

  • Birth debrief.
  • 3 nourishing homemade meals (serves 3–4).
  • Relaxing foot soak and massage.
  • Baby care support (feeding, settling, etc.).
  • Light in-home duties.
  • Respite care while you rest, shower, or nap.
